Shipping Methods

  • We offer a range of reliable shipping options tailored to your convenience, partnering with trusted carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time—wherever you are.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Processing may be delayed during peak seasons or promotions.

Shipping Rates

  • ₹100 for national delivery via Indian Speed Post

  • ₹4,500 for international delivery via Indian Speed Post

  • 8,000 for Express Shipping via FedEx, DHL, etc.
    Shipping costs are fixed and calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic: 3 to 5 business days

  • International (Standard): 8 to 12 business days

  • International (Express Shipping): 6 to 8 business days
    Note: Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or courier issues beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number is sent after dispatch.

  • Use it to track your shipment live until it reaches you.

Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Report lost or damaged items at admin@premveda.com within 3 days of expected delivery.

  • We will assist with a replacement or refund, as per the situation.

Shipping Information

  • Please provide complete and accurate address details.

  • Premveda is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect inputs.

  • Reshipping may require an additional fee if returned due to wrong details.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, any custom charges, taxes, or clearance delays are the customer’s responsibility.
